As Parents in Canada, we understand the needs of our label quality; hence, we ensure our labels are water-proof, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. Our Clothing labels are also designed for long lasting and stay on even with multiple washes in the laundry.

The Labels are not toys and should be applied by an adult.

Our Clothing Labels are meant to be stuck on the clothing care tag. This label material is a revolutionary, white, very sticky, waterproof, and washable laser label. The stickiness will double on the tag after 10 days and doubles it again after 30 days.

You can simply peel and stick directly on the clothing care tag. Do NOT iron.

Placing an order on LabelBubble.ca couldn’t be easier. Simply follow the below steps when placing an order, select the background and icons you want, add it to the basket, then input the name onto the label and checkout from your basket.

For each label order, we don’t limit just to one icon design per label! Each of our labels can be selected with up to of 5 icons and backgrounds.

For each package order, you can choose up to 5 icons and one background per Label Type as well, which means you can have different backgrounds and icons in one label and many selections in one package per label.

You will have to contact our Customer Service by e-mail at cs@LabelBubble.ca and explain the reason. We can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed. Therefore, we highly recommend that you email us as soon as possible if you have decided to cancel your order because we process and ship out every order within 24 hours. After receiving your email, our Customer Service will inform you if your order has been processed or not, then confirming if it’s eligible for cancelling. In any case,if an order has been started for processing, we wouldn’t be able to cancel your order.

COVID-19 update:
Due to COVID-19, you may experience longer than usual transit times for your order. LabelBubble will not be able to commit a guaranteed arrival time of your order at this moment. However, LabelBubble will continue to dispatch your order within 24 business hours as promised. We are still offering Free Shipping within Canada.

Since we process and ship out every order within 24 hours, please email our Customer Service at cs@LabelBubble.ca as soon as possible to let us know what changes are needed. Please note that changes can only be made if the order hasn’t been processed. Our Customer Service will respond to your email and confirm with you that if your order is eligible for changes.

We allow full refund only if the labels are at fault by us, such as wrong labels are shipped, faulty on products, and more. For detail return policy, please visit Returns & Refund.

We will refund you in full! If any problems on the labels are our fault, we make sure that you have your money back. Simply inform us at cs@LabelBubble.ca, take a picture of the order you received, and state clearly the problem you are encountering, we’ll handle the rest. Once we have approved the return, you can choose to receive a refund or have a replacement shipped to you at our cost.

We Ship to Canada, US, and International as long as the countries/cities that are delivered by Canada Post. However, we do not ship to any P.O box addresses.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept any phone ordering at the moment, but you can always send us an email at cs@LabelBubble.ca for any questions about ordering your labels. Our system allows step by step of picking and choosing the unique design of our LabelBubble’s icons, so ordering via our website is the most convenient method.

At the present time we only charge in Canadian Dollars. Your payment merchant (Credit card/MasterCard/AE/PayPal) may convert Canadian Dollars to your local currency at their stated exchange rates which is beyond our control.
